Best 4K9 Return Policy 

At Best 4K9, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, there are times when you are not completely satisfied with your selection. 

We will gladly offer a refund or exchange on most items that do not meet your expectations. 

Items must be returned within 30 days and accompanied with the original sales receipt: 

• Purchases made by cash will be refunded in cash or store credit.

• Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card or store credit.

• Purchases made by a check will be refunded in cash or store credit after (14) days from original receipt date. 

Items returned after 30 days and accompanied with the original sales receipt may be exchanged for the same item or for a store credit. Items must be new and unused, unopened, not expired, not damaged, show no signs of wear or tear, and in their original packaging. 

Returns made witin 30 days and without the original sales receipt: 

If you do not have the original sales receipt, and the item(s) is approved for return, we will issue a store credit totaling the value of the merchandise only. You will receive the lowest price of the product at the time of return. 

Defective merchandise will be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty. It may be replaced, or store credit will be issued. There are times when you may have to reach out to the manufacturer for replacement or credit.

If merchandise packaging is missing, damaged, or opened, we reserve the right to refuse the return of said item(s.) Such returns may be subject to a restocking fee of our discretion. 

Toys, collars, and leads must be returned within 48 hours with original tags attached and/or in original packaging. Unused and in sellable condition.

No Return allowed on any items sold as a closeout or final sale item. 

No Returns allowed on muzzles, sanitary products (diapers, male wraps, training pads etc.) or opened/used grooming utensils. 

No returns, exchanges, or store credits after 90 days. 

 Best 4K9 reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. Best 4K9 will only accept the return of merchandise purchased from a Best 4K9 retail store.
